Mr. Steer, on Milwaukee Ave. across the street from the Portage Theater; the restaurant has been closed for years, but the sign and building remain.

That is so cool. I love abandoned things - I think they are always full of ghosts. Route 66 was like my candy store.

I think you're right about the connection between ghosts and abandoned things, Miss Trixi. Mr. Steer has been empty and abandoned so long that if anyone buys the spot and attempts to renovate it, the ghosts will have their say.
