Most days, I scoot out for lunch around 11 a.m. to beat the usual crowd that storms out at noon (and to avoid getting trapped at my job and thus possibly not eating lunch until late in the afternoon, if at all).
Today, there was no need to go out. One of our managers had a birthday, and we celebrated by bringing her food, including:
Chilaquiles made with chorizo, fresh-made tortilla chips and cheese...
Homemade mac and cheese...
And your choice of dips (with chips lingering in the background.
Yum. Yum. And? Yum.
