I think the old bird would have been quite surprised at the number of lives she touched. Then again, she probably would have hidden under the couch until all of you were gone.

We all know that you would have been there for us had we been suffering a loss, Ed. Any comforting words I may have provided were small measure in return for more than 20 years of having you in my life. We are your friends. We are your family. We love you and Ms. Christopher. The next time I visit La Casa del Terror I'll know that Chris' warm spirit is under your (new) sofa, and that thought will make me smile.
