Every Picture Tells a Story 3/31/14

The streets took a real beating this past winter, with burst water mains and potholes everywhere. Alleys didn't do any better. Just take a look at the grove of potholes that popped up about a block from La Casa del Terror. Given how long it's taking a city to fill all the potholes on the main and side streets--and, to be fair to the city, there are a lot of potholes to patch--imagine how long it will take them to get around to this patch of nasty.

Sometimes I miss the city. Your images bring it alive.

And I thought that Halsted Street had the worst potholes in the city! This is some rugged terrain.
