Every Picture Tells a Story: 4/26/10

What do you do when the power goes out on a windy, rainy Saturday night right in the middle of your weekly viewing of Doctor Who? You light some candles (like I wouldn't have done that anyway) and hope for the best. "The best," in this case, turned out to be three hours--just in time for the rebroadcast of Doctor Who on BBC America. Yay!

Was that the same Saturday that BBC America presented an all day "Doctor Who" hoedown? I see there is yet another actor protraying the title hero. I'm surprised they chose such a young dude.

The Doctor Who Marathon was last Saturday (to coincide with the season premiere). The power outage was this past Saturday.

A lot of people were surprised that someone so young was chosen to succeed David Tennant (who's not exactly ancient himself). If they can make it work, though, with good writing and acting, Matt Smith's age will be irrelevant. (BTW--the new companion to the Doctor is a Scottish lass--think I like her, bro?)

A Scottish lass? I'm guessing, you do like her. Yes, that's my final answer!

You're on the BBCA schedule then and not the UK?
